Yoga – Ashtanga Yoga Warrandyte
Gaynor will be teaching yoga classes in Warrandyte at 9:30am on Wednesday and Fridays. Classes are held in Warrandyte. Bookings are essential, (private residential) location will be provided once booked.
Ashtanga is a more dynamic style of yoga, with a strong focus of marrying the breath with movement, a graceful and engaging kinaesthetic meditation.
These classes work on improving posture, circulation, respiration, concentration, focus, awareness of self and wellbeing, and are suitable for those who are new to yoga and the more experienced practitioner. You will learn and will apply a variety of aspects of yoga art, including asana (posture), pranayama (breathing exercise), bandha (core strength), dristi (focal point to still the mind) and meditation.
