DSC_1652flipgaynorGaynor’s journey began as a desire to make a change in the world, starting at an individual level. A brief encounter in London with her mother’s childhood friend, a Reiki Master and Kinesiologist gave life to her desire to help people and introduced her to the modalities to make it happen.

Starting in 2000, Gaynor began to explore the benefits of Reiki and Kinesiology and quickly built her skills in a variety of modalities, she has been practicing, as well as teaching Reiki and Healing Workshops since 2004.

I’m always amazed by the breakthroughs clients are able to achieve through these modalities. In every session clients experience stress relief, however most are surprised at the deeper and more profound changes that occur.

Gaynor attended her first yoga class in 2001, and soon after began practicing yoga daily. In 2012 she opened Mala Yoga, on Wray Avenue in Fremantle, creating a sustainable yoga studio, that she then sold in May 2016. She studies all aspects of yoga and philosophy, and travels to study yoga with Sharath Jois at the KPJ Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India.

Gaynor is a Commonwealth Registered Marriage Celebrant and performs ceremonies in the Melbourne and surrounding areas.

Gaynor is a mother of two boys and lives with her partner in Warrandyte Victoria, a stones throw from Melbourne city and leading to the Yarra Valley. She is known for her quirky sense of humour, bringing a lighter side to the deeper heart space she holds in her ceremonies, yoga classes and natural therapy sessions.
